I grew up in a small winemaking village near Freiburg, Germany – a region where down-to-earth values, quality, and a strong sense of worth have always played a central role. These qualities still shape me today, alongside my entrepreneurial drive.
After completing my training as a financial consultant (IHK Freiburg) and building my own sales office for Signal Iduna in Freiburg, I headed north. In Hamburg, I earned a dual degree in Business Administration and Psychology – a combination that sharpened both my market understanding and my feel for people and their needs.
Over the past nine years, I’ve supported national and international projects – primarily in real estate development and marketing – in the context of various consulting roles. This experience, combined with deep market knowledge and a solution-driven mindset, forms the foundation of my work today.
Since January 1st, 2025, I’ve been operating independently with Geppert Real Estate in Switzerland. This move was both a strategic and personal decision: here, international investors meet a stable market environment, innovation meets quality of life – and this is exactly where I see my strength as a consultant, connector, and facilitator.
To not only understand but help shape the Swiss market, I completed further training with SVIT Switzerland – the country’s leading real estate industry association – before launching the company. This allows me to combine German thoroughness with Swiss market insight and an international mindset.

With years of senior-level experience in international marketing, Beate guides our clients through the sales process with professionalism and dedication.
She ensures every stage runs smoothly and efficiently – always with the aim of delivering optimal results.
She also actively supports the management in acquiring high-potential projects and maintains open communication with all stakeholders. Her marketing and sales background is complemented by a strong passion for art and design, which informs her creative approach.
After many years on the tennis court, she now finds challenge and balance in her new passion: golf.
